Our client, an International market leader in the Construction services sector, seeks to employ a BEE candidate to assist them in transformation of their large South African Operation.  The position will initially be a on a one year fixed term contract, to be reviewed thereafter.  The role requires a progressive, forward thinking candidate to drive BEE transformation, who can assist with Equity Plans, BEE administration, training facilitation for skills development of BEE staff across all levels and who has proven experience in developing processes and practices to ensure ongoing transformation.

 This role is strictly BEE and falls in line with the nature of the skills and experience required for transformation.

 Please note that this is NOT an HR generalist role, this is a specialised role, where BEE and Transformation has been the core responsibilities of the applicants.  Ideally you will reside in Cape Town, due to the role being a fixed term contract but this role is open to candidates wishing to relocate for the duration of the contract. 


  • You must have prior experience in taking over responsibility of aligning BEE plans, assisting the group HR Manager with implementing constructive development programmes, career path mapping exercises and be experience in consultative processes with unions and management on ensuring the Equity Plans are in line and productive.
  • You will also assist the Group HR Manager with recruitment strategies to attract BEE skills externally and be able to identify and source training service providers in line with the skills plan for BEE development.
  • We require a progressive candidate, one who can work independently but also a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with the management team to achieve transformation goals.
  • You must be able to assist the Group HR Manager with all Equity plan submissions, learnership administration, training development administration and completion of reports such as the Skills Report and Equity plans for annual submission.
  • Ideally, you will understand the dynamics of a unionised environment, within a specialised industry, known for its skills shortage.
